Marc Bhalla, Mediator & Arbitrator

Marc Bhalla is an experienced mediator and arbitrator who is passionate about helping his clients improve uncomfortable situations. He holds the Chartered Mediator (C.Med) designation of the ADR Institute of Canada, which is the most senior designation available to practicing mediators in the nation and has been bestowed with both domestic and international arbitration designations.  Marc earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Dispute Resolution at Osgoode Hall Law School.

He offers dispute resolution services in person and online as Marc is dedicated to providing affordable, flexible and comfortable processes.  As a testament to his dediction to access-to-justice, he works with both parties who have legal representation and who are self-represented.

Marc's charity of choice is Food Allergy Canada as he supports efforts to educate society about anaphylactic food allergies - particularly those experienced by children.  He has contributed to the organization as a guest writer.  Marc enjoys jogging and listening to music on vinyl, particularly jazz.  He is a fan of the Toronto Raptors and Toronto Maple Leafs.
